Health & Fitness is a 12-Week Family Study designed to bring delight to the homeschool table for all ages, and to make the pursuit of a wide feast an act of communal learning, equipping every learner for understanding more of how their bodies are designed and how to care for them well.
The Student Journal is designed to accompany the Health and Fitness unit and provides space and templates for all Journaling, Vocabulary, Physical, Personal, and Practical prompts and exercises in the study.
