Aimed at encouraging you to courageously confront your relationship with contentment and to honestly evaluate your capacity for fully enjoying and savoring the goodness of life, this challenge will put tools in your toolbox for the journey of healing from trauma, regulating your nervous system, caring for your whole self, and so much more.
Includes a list of daily tasks and a challenge calendar so that you can track and reference in the way that you prefer. Also includes a description of and instructions for each day's challenge.
Tasks are designed to be able to be completed in 20 minutes, making the challenge an intentional effort yet still accessible and doable. Many challenges have adaptations for longer or shorter time available.
